If you've purchased a subscription or lifetime unlock and need to restore it:

1. Open AnimalFun
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll down to "Subscription Management"
4. Tap "Restore Purchases"
5. Your previous purchase will be restored automatically

Note: You must be using the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.

AnimalFun offers flexible subscription options:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: Best value with significant savings
• Lifetime Unlock: One-time purchase for permanent access

All subscriptions include full access to all animals, sounds, and features.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "AnimalFun" in the list
5. Tap it and select "Cancel Subscription"

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Kids can personalize their experience by adding their own animal photos:

1. View any animal in the app
2. Tap the camera icon
3. Take a new photo or select from your photo library
4. Your photo will replace the stock image in your personal view

This creates a personal connection and makes learning more engaging!

If animal sounds aren't working:

• Check that your device isn't on silent mode
• Ensure the volume is turned up
• Go to AnimalFun Settings and verify sounds are enabled
• Try closing and reopening the app
• Restart your device if the issue persists

Yes! AnimalFun is designed with children's safety in mind:

• No external links or web browsing
• No social features or chat
• Age-appropriate content for ages 3+
• COPPA compliant

Currently, AnimalFun is available in English. We're planning to add support for multiple languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese in future updates.
